Mixed organic olives are marinated in apple cider balsamic vinegar for bold sweet and tangy flavour. They retain a firm texture and strong olive character, balanced by the lively acidity of the marinade.

Best served with cheese, charcuterie and antipasto, or used in salads and savoury dishes where their robust flavour can stand out. Hand packed in small batches on our family farm in the Grampians.
