Our Blood Orange Infused Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil combines fruity olive oil with the distinctive citrus and raspberry-like flavour of blood oranges. Delicious with fennel salads, salmon, duck, steamed asparagus, broccoli and desserts such as poached pears.
Our infused oils are crafted on our estate in the Grampians using premium Australian cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. Each oil is gently infused without heat and hand bottled in small batches. This careful process preserves the oil’s character while layering in vibrant, balanced flavours that add gourmet flair with just a drizzle. Please note, this product is not certified organic.
